PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. By accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all Terms incorporated by reference. Do not use this website if you do not agree to all of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply exclusively to your access and use of this website ("Site") offered through the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA).

  1. USE OF THE SITE. By accessing and using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. We may update or change these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business.
  2. PRIVACY POLICY. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how DeCA collects, uses, and shares your information.
  3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS. In order to access this Site you will need to register for an account and provide information about yourself, including your name, email address, date of birth, last 4 digits of social security number, (see Privacy Policy for Privacy Act Statement), mailing address and telephone number and you must select a password. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security of your account credentials; and (d) not share your account credentials with others.
  4. RESTRICTIONS ON USE. Much of the data, images and other information on this site is owned by DeCA, or is licensed from third parties. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display (on a website or elsewhere) any content from our website, except with the prior written permission of DeCA. You also agree that you will not use any automatic device to monitor or copy any of our web pages or the content contained in our web pages, nor will you take any action that imposes an abnormal or unreasonable burden on our hardware and software infrastructure.
  5. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEB SITES. Links to third party web sites are provided for your convenience and all use of those is at your own risk. You should review the privacy policy and terms of use for each third party site and confirm they are acceptable prior to registration on or use of the site.
  6. DISCLAIMERS. DeCA makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site's content or external sites. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Although DeCA attempts to provide accurate and timely information on this Site, DeCA assumes no responsibility in connection with this information. DeCA reserves the right to change or delete any offered services or products without notice. MyCommissary Rewards Card Terms and Conditions

The MyCommissary website ("Site") offered through the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) offers a digital coupon program as a service for our customers.

These Rewards Card Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rewards Card service ("Service"), whether you access the Service through our Site or via a mobile application. Please note that certain features will be different between the mobile application and web-based site.

When you register for and use the Service, you agree to the Terms in effect at that time as well as the Site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by this reference. If you do not agree with them please do NOT use this service.

We may update or change the Terms, the Site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business.

  1. YOUR ACCOUNT. The account that you set up to access the Site is the same account used for this Service. Please reference the Site Terms of Use for details related to the Site account set up.
  2. REWARDS CARD REGISTRATION. Once you have obtained a Rewards Card from your local commissary you must register the card on the MyCommissary website to start saving. The Rewards Card is registered by adding the card number (the leading 4 and the next 10 numbers following the 4) to the Loyalty ID field in your account information on the Site. An Alternate ID number may optionally be entered.
  3. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK NOTICE. The name Commissary Rewards Card and any graphical and textual displays associated with that name, including but not limited to logos, slogans, tag lines, and captions, are trademarks of Defense Commissary Agency. All rights are reserved by the applicable trademark owner. You are permitted to view, store, print, and distribute any material from this website for noncommercial use, and only in support of the Commissary Rewards Card services, provided you do not modify it in any way. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material from this website in any manner that damages or disparages the reputation of the Commissary Rewards Card, its services, or the Defense Commissary Agency.
  4. USING THE SERVICE.
    1. Click Coupons. Once registered, you can search and select digital coupons on the Site. When you select a digital coupon it will be stored on your Rewards Card, ready to be redeemed.
    2. Promotions/Offers. Other promotions and offers may be sent to your Rewards Card from store or headquarters level DeCA personnel.
    3. Redemption. At checkout scan your Commissary Rewards Card or enter your Alternate ID number. Your coupons and other promotions or offers are electronically matched against your purchases, automatically deducted from your bill and shown on your receipt.
    1. In the event of communication system failure which prevents the crediting of digital coupons at the time of check-out, digital coupons will not be applied on that transaction but will remain on the patron’s Commissary Rewards Card for use on a future visit, providing the digital coupons have not reached the expiration date.
    2. Only one coupon may be used per item purchased. At no time may two or more coupons (any combination of paper/digital) be used on the purchase of the same item.
    3. The coupon value will not exceed the purchase price of the item.
    4. Digital coupon expiration dates will not be extended at OCONUS (overseas locations) at any time.
    5. Due to different size/class of commissaries, not all products are available at all stores.

    The MyCommissary website ("Site") offered through the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) offers CLICK2GO online ordering and pickup services at select commissaries for our customers.

    These CLICK2GO Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CLICK2GO service ("Service"), whether you access the Service through our Site or via a mobile application. Please note that certain features will be different between the mobile application and web-based site.

    When you register for and use the Service, you agree to the Terms in effect at that time as well as the Site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by this reference. If you do not agree with them please do NOT use this service.

    We may update or change the Terms, the Site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business.

    1. YOUR ACCOUNT. The account that you set up to access the Site is the same account used for this Service. Please reference the Site Terms of Use for details related to the Site account set up.
    2. ELIGIBILITY. Age restricted items such as tobacco products and alcoholic beverages will require pickup by an authorized patron 21 years or older.
    3. USING THE SERVICE.
      1. Payment and Cancellation. The payment of your order will be accepted upon pickup. You can change your order, such as adding products or deleting products from your order at the time of pickup. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe that a fraudulent or abusive order has been placed.
      2. Minimum Purchase. No minimum purchase is required to use the Service.
      3. Product Quantity Limits. No quantity limits will be imposed.
      4. Locations. The Service is only available at select Commissary locations. The Home page of MyCommissary will provide information on the commissaries currently offering the CLICK2GO Service.
      5. Picking Up Your Order. When you place your CLICK2GO order, you will be prompted to select a pickup time window. Your order will be processed, packed and ready for pickup during that timeframe. Emails will be sent to your email address 1) when your order is finalized online with order confirmation information and 2) when the order is ready for pickup with order barcode information. The email sent when the order is ready for pickup with the order barcode must be brought with you (hardcopy or on your mobile phone) to be scanned at pickup in order to correctly identify your order. If you placed filters on your email system, you may not receive order confirmations, invoices and communications from our Customer Service Department. When you arrive at your commissary, follow the directions for the CLICK2GO pickup area. A commissary employee will then bring your order to your vehicle. You will be notified at that time whether any items were not available and whether substitutions have been made. Any valid paper and reward card coupons can be presented for processing along with your payment (see #7 below for payment type details).
      1. Estimated and Final Prices. When you checkout online, you will be provided an estimated total. The final order total that you are charged at pickup may differ to accurately reflect items sold by weight, substitutions that have been pre-agreed to, and any items changing price prior to pickup. The prices that you will be charged will be the prices in effect on the day and time of pickup of your order.
      2. Rewards Card Prices. Your final price at pickup will automatically include any discounts offered to Rewards Card members as of the date of pickup as well as any valid digital coupons that you have linked to your Rewards Card account.
      3. Products Sold by Weight. You will be charged based on the actual weight of the product packed for your order. We will try to match your ordered product weight as best we can.
      4. Substitutions. See #5 below for our substitution policy.

      DeCA MyCommissary Privacy and Cookie Policy

      DeCA is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.

      This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information by DeCA on the web site, MyCommissary, any other web site hosted by DeCA and any application, product or service made available by DeCA on behalf of itself or its customers, including its grocery retailer and consumer packaged goods clients (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with any provision of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue use of the Services.

      When you use the Services you may also be subject to the privacy policies of our customers or third party service providers with respect to their use and collection of your personal information.

      Information we collect

      We collect (i) information provided by you when you register on MyCommissary such as your name, email address, date of birth, last 4 digits of social security number (see Privacy Act Statement below), mailing address and telephone number; (ii) information we obtain from your use of our Services such as server log information (e.g., your queries, phone number and internet protocol address), device-specific information (e.g., your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information including phone number), and physical location information collected from GPS location data and mobile wireless access points; (iii) information we collect during your grocery shopping sessions such as shopping list contents and ecommerce purchases; (iv) information provided by you when you participate in any promotions or contests offered by us or one of our affiliates; (v) information provided by you when offering feedback or completing profile forms; and (vi) loyalty card purchase information provided to us by our retailer clients.

      Privacy Act Statement

      Principal Purposes: To determine if an individual is authorized commissary privileges in accordance with DoD Directive 1330.17, Military Commissaries, and DoD 1330.17-R, Armed Services Commissary Regulations (ASCR).

      Authority: The Social Security number is the primary means of identifying individuals' eligibility to use this service through the DEERS system. Please reference The System of Records Notice (SORN) for the DEERS system page. That system includes the Social Security number and has as its purpose "to provide a database for determining the eligibility to DoD entitlements and privileges. " Among the various authorities allowing for the collection of personal information citied in the DEERS SORN is 10 U.S.C Chapter 54, Commissary and Exchange Benefits.

      Mandatory or Voluntary: Voluntary. However, if you fail to provide the requested information, DEERS will not be able to verify your identity. If your identity is not verified, you will be unable to gain access to the website.

      How we use information we collect

      We will use your information to provide, maintain and improve our Services, to develop new Services and to protect DeCA and its users. We also use your information to personalize our Services for you such as delivering more relevant search results and targeted ads. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you on occasion, and we may use your information to send you offers and news. We may combine personal information from one Service with information, including personal information, from other DeCA Services. For example, when you download our mobile applications, DeCA obtains your consent to use information for pinpointing technology such as GPS and cell tower information. DeCA may use and store this information, in combination with other location-based information such as your IP address, billing postal code provided by your carrier or registration location, to provide enhanced location based services, serve location-targeted advertising, search results or other content. In addition, we may share your personally identifiable information with third party vendors that support our Services (e.g., email services or customer support tool provider) or our retailer partners’ services.

      We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or security incidents, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of these Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

      Other web sites

      Our web site may contain links to other web sites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided within the Services, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

      Notice regarding children’s privacy (Users under the Age of 13)

      In response to concerns about protecting children’s privacy online, Congress enacted the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), which sets forth rules and procedures governing the ways in which websites may collect, use and disclose any personal information for children under the age of 13. In accordance with COPPA regulations, we do not (1) request or knowingly collect personally identifiable information online or offline contact information from users under 13 years of age; or (2) knowingly use or share personal information from users under 13 years of age with third parties.

      It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information given to us or pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will immediately delete the information from our servers.
